You can't appreciate the beauty of Tae Kwon Do until you see it in action. The time, dedication, and effectiveness of the Martial Artist to get to this level of training and rank is awesome. I've been training for 5 years and am a 3rd Dan Black Belt, and yet I'm still amazed when I see the control and intensity a well trained athlete executes in their kicks and techniques seen in this video.
